Mr Gunzburg, aged 57, has over 20 years experience as a stockbroker. He has a Commerce Degree from University of Western Australia and has previously been a director of Resolute Limited, ASX Limited, Eyres Reed Limited and CIBC World Markets Australia Limited. He is also Chairman of PieNetworks Limited, Eurogold Limited and Non-Executive Director of Fleetwood Corporation.
Neil MacLachlan (Non-Executive Director)
Neil MacLachlan is a Non-Executive Director of Eurogold Limited, which on 20 August 2009 acquired an interest of 29.04 percent in the Company. He has over 30 years' experience in investment banking in Europe, South East Asia and Australia through his positions with the investment banking division of HSBC, as Deputy Chairman and CEO of Wardley Australia Ltd and as head of investment banking at James Capel & Co Ltd.
Mr MacLachlan also has extensive mining industry experience, having held the position of Executive Vice President Asia for Barrick Gold Corporation and directorship positions at Golden Prospect Plc and Ambrian Partners Ltd. Current Directorship positions are held with Samson Oil & Gas Limited, Extract Resources Ltd and Kalahari Minerals Ltd.

Eurogold Limited, a Company of which Neil MacLachlan is a Non-Executive Director and in which he has a beneficial interest of 0.087 percent, is interested in 103,500,000 ordinary shares in Brinkley Mining representing 29.04% of the Company's issued share capital.
Grant Paterson (Non-Executive Director)
Grant Paterson holds a Bachelor of Laws degree and a Bachelor of Commerce (Finance) degree. He is a practicing barrister and solicitor and is a partner in the law firm Hardy Bowen, which practices primarily in the corporate, commercial and securities laws areas.
