Board Change

The Board of Brinkley Mining announces that Zodwe Manase has decided to stand down as a non-executive director of the Company now that the appointment of a new executive management team has been completed and the rationalisation of the Company’s interests is being implemented.

Richard Linnell, Chairman, said:

“I would like to thank Zodwe for her contribution as a Board member and we all wish her well for the future”.

Zodwe Manase will cease to be a director of the Company with immediate effect from today. Following this change the Board will be as follows:
