Substantial Shareholding

The Company was informed today that as a result of recent share purchases, Deutsche Bank AG now holds 68,230,665 ordinary shares of 0.15p ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company representing 19.15% of the Company's issued share capital. The Company has further been informed today that UBS Investment Bank is no longer a substantial shareholder in the Company.
