Substantial Shareholding

The Company was informed today that as a result of recent share purchases, Deutsche Bank AG now holds 57,430,665 ordinary shares of 0.15p ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company representing 16.12% of the Company's issued share capital. The Company has further been informed today that UBS Investment Bank now holds 23,000,000 ordinary shares of 0.15p ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company representing 6.46% of the Company's issued share capital.
