Substantial Shareholdings

The Company was informed on 18 September 2007 that as a result of recent share purchases, L-R Global Partners L.P. and L-R Global Fund Ltd in aggregate own 23,752,768 ordinary shares of 0.15p in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") representing 6.79% of the Company's issued share capital. With respect to these shareholdings, L-R Global Partners L.P. owns 13,096,100 Ordinary Shares and L-R Global Fund Ltd owns 10,656,668 Ordinary Shares.
