Substantial Shareholdings

The Company was informed today that as a result of recent share sales, Lonrho Africa (Holdings) Limited now holds 9,988,828 ordinary shares of 0.15p ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company representing 2.86% of the Company's issued share capital and thus is no longer is no longer a substantial shareholder.
