Substantial Shareholdings

The Company was informed today that as a result of recent share purchases, Deutsche Bank AG now holds 46,289,413 ordinary shares of 0.15p ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company representing 14.94% of the Company's issued share capital. In addition, the Company was also informed today that UBS AG holds 30,000,000 Ordinary Shares representing 9.69% of the Company's issued share capital.
