Substantial Shareholdings

The Company has been informed today that Atomaer Holdings Pty Ltd ("Atomaer") has today sold 60,000,000 ordinary shares of 0.15p each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 20p per Ordinary Share. Accordingly, Atomaer is now interested in 65,400,000 Ordinary Shares representing 21.11% of the Company's issued share capital. Clayton Dodd, a director of the Company, is also an alternate director of Atomaer.
