The Company was informed today that Lonrho Africa (Holdings) Limited, as a result of the sale of 1,000,000 ordinary shares of 0.15p in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") on 14 May 2007, has an interest in 12,099,900 Ordinary Shares representing 3.91% of the Company's issued share capital.
