Substantial Shareholdings

The Company was informed today that as a result of recent share purchases, Deutsche Bank AG now hold 16,000,000 ordinary shares of 0.15p in the Company representing 5.17% of the Company's issued share capital.

The Company was also advised today that Lonrho Africa (Holdings) Limited has an interest in 13,099,900 ordinary shares of 0.15p in the Company representing 4.23% of the Company's issued share capital.
