AGM and Issue of Options to Staff

The Company announces that at the Annual General Meeting of the Company held today, all resolutions were passed.

The Company has also issued 3 million options to staff to subscribe for ordinary shares in the Company at an exercise price of 25p per ordinary share, with a term of 5 years from the date of this announcement. The options will vest to the staff on the first anniversary of their employment with the Group.
