The Company was informed on 14 July 2006 that as a result of acquisitions between 7 April 2006 and 7 July 2006 Sprott Asset Management Inc holds 12,889,000 common shares in the capital of Brinkley Mining, representing 4.2% of the Company's issued share capital.
